Make enough time for myself. To relax. To hang out with friends. To eat. To not get so consumed by my work and helping others.
Allow myself to be vulnerable. Opening my mind to new experiences. Learning not to internalize everything. Finding my voice and realizing that I do have a say. That my feelings and thoughts actually do matter/make a difference.
… And visit the Top of the World of every city I visit. Heh. :D
